1.  A gangmaster based on Dungannon was convicted on 23 November 2010 at Omagh Magistrates Court on a charge of supplying workers to a slaughterhouse business without the appropriate licence(s). She was fined £750.00 and ordered to pay costs. Tracy Gallagher of Gallagher Meat Contractors pleaded guilty to the charges, which referred to events in January and February 2010.

2.  Paul Whitehouse, chairman of the Gangmasters Licensing Authority said: “We hope this conviction will serve as a warning for anybody considering supplying labour without a licence. Those using labor should also double-check that their labor provider is licensed.”
