A Model Employee in a Cut Throat Business - Beauty with Cruelty - 06/05/2009

“A long-legged blue-eyed former catwalk model from Germany, Nina Schubert, aged 25, got bored of the model lifestyle of fashion shows in Paris, London, Milan and New York, and is now eager to take on new trades,”
reports the Meat Trades Journal, 17th April 2009.

She describes her new job to the Taranaki Daily News: “We sort honed-out meat that comes down on the conveyor hot and still pulsating. I’ve shown some skill and they’re going to give me some knife-training for a trimming job”.. The MTJ coos over a quip from Nina: “I agreed to be interviewed because I’d like to be a journalist.” Well, it’s knife work if you can get it, and the MTJ has sent the lovely Nina an offer of a position as the paper’s “junior reporter’s assistant.” It would seem a tame appointment after taking a knife to that hot and pulsating flesh.
